Our mission
Every family of a child with complex needs deserves care that's actually prepared for their child. We built Links In-Home to make that possible.
Our story
Ben Hogge founded Links In-Home after years of working in behavioral health and seeing the same problem over and over: families of children with autism, developmental disabilities, and behavioral challenges couldn't find a qualified, reliable caregiver.
General babysitters weren't trained. Agency staff turned over constantly. And parents were burning out โ not because they weren't strong enough, but because they had no real support.
Links In-Home was built to be different: a network of vetted, trained providers matched carefully to each child, paid competitively, and supported so they stay. Because consistency matters โ for children and for the families who love them.
"I kept hearing the same thing from families โ they couldn't find anyone who was actually trained to care for their child. I started Links In-Home to fix that."

What sets us apart
Real breaks
Caregivers get genuine rest knowing their child is in capable, prepared hands.
Professional pay
We pay above market rate because skilled caregivers deserve to be compensated well.
Peace of mind
Every provider is vetted, trained, and matched to your child's specific needs before their first visit.
Continuity
We work hard to keep the same providers with the same families. Consistency is the foundation.
I cannot say enough great things about Ben and Leah! … From the moment they arrived, both Ben and Leah were calm, attentive, and fully engaged. They immediately connected with each child, making them feel seen, safe, and valued. … It’s clear Ben has a gift for this work. I highly recommend him to any family—especially those with neurodiverse children.”
