Our Team

  • Ben Hogge, M.A., BCBA

    Ben has a master’s degree in Exceptional Student Education and has been a Board Certified Behavior Analyst since 2015. He has provided therapy to children and adults in a variety of settings, including schools, in-home environments, and clinics. Ben has five years of experience teaching crisis management strategies to therapists and parents to ensure safety when challenging behaviors escalate into crisis situations. He also understands the importance of parents having time for themselves. Whether you are married and want to maintain a healthy relationship with your partner or you are a single parent needing time to live your life, Ben’s goal is to provide that time to parents who might not otherwise feel comfortable leaving their special-needs child with someone who might not understand them.

    Leah Adams, M.A., BCBA

    Leah has a Master’s degree in Exceptional Student Education with an Emphasis on Applied Behavior Analysis. She has provided therapy to children with a variety of diagnoses, including Autism, ADHD, ADD, Down Syndrome, ODD, for the last 8 years. Leah has provided services in a variety of settings, including clinic based, schools, home, community, and summer camps. She has hands-on experience with behavior management of high-intensity behaviors. Additionally, she is currently CPR/Basic Life Support certified. Leah also has a nephew who has Autism and frequently helps in his daily care. She understands the importance of parents/caregivers needing to take time for their self-care. Leah’s goal is to provide parents/caregivers the opportunity to take time for themselves and leave their special-needs child in the care of a qualified individual.

    Abigail Fuller, M.Ed, BCBA

    Abigail has a Master’s degree in Education with the Foundations of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). She has worked in the special needs community for 9 years serving kids at camps, Miracle League, and through ABA services. She has provided ABA services in the home, community, clinic, and school settings as both a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Abigail has a passion for the special needs community and creating equal opportunities. She understands the ins and outs that come with special needs and is committed to providing safe and reliable respite for families.

    Ashley Hicks, RBT

    Ashley Hicks is a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with over five years of hands-on experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Throughout her career, she has had the privilege of working with incredible children and families, supporting a wide range of developmental needs with compassion and care. Ashley is currently advancing her career toward becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). She is passionate about fostering meaningful progress through individualized, evidence-based strategies. Her goal is to build strong, trusting relationships with the families she serves while helping each child reach their full potential.
